Court fees rates

1.Ukraine:

1.5 percent of the amount of debt, but not less than UAH 1,769.00 and not more than UAH 619,150.00.

2. Russia:

from the size of amount of debt:

- up to 100,000 rubles - 4% of the claim price, but not less than 2,000 rubles;

- from 100,001 rubles to 200,000 rubles - 4,000 rubles + 3% of the amount exceeding 100,000 rubles;

- from 200,001 rubles to 1,000,000 rubles - 7,000 rubles + 2% of the amount exceeding 200,000 rubles;

- from 1,000,001 rubles to 2,000,000 rubles - 23,000 rubles + 1% of the amount exceeding 1,000,000 rubles;- over 2,000,000 rubles - 33,000 rubles + 0.5% of the amount exceeding 2,000,000 rubles, but not more than 200,000 rubles

3. Belarus:

- from the size of amount of debt:up to 2 900 BYN - 725 BYN;

- from 2,900 to 29,000 BYR - 5% of the claim price, but not less than BYN 725;

- from 29,000 to 290,000 BYR - 1450 BYN + 3% of the amount exceeding BYR 29,000; 

- from 290,000 and more - 1% of the claim price, but not less than 9280 BYN.


Considering the above, 

for the opening of a lawsuit to collect, for example, $ 15,000.00, the creditor will have to pay a court fee rate in the following amount:

- in Ukraine - about $ 225.00

- in Russia - about $ 320.00

- in Belarus - about $ 670.00

For opening a lawsuit to collect, for example, $ 55,000.00, the creditor will have to pay a court fee rate in the following amount:

- in Ukraine - about $ 825.00

- in Russia - about $ 576.00

-in Belarus - about $ 1870.00

For opening a lawsuit to collect, for example, $ 140,000.00, the creditor will have to pay a court fee rate in the following amount:

- in Ukraine - about $ 2100.00

- in Russia - about $ 1000.00

- in Belarus - about $ 3535.00
